Reflexology wasn’t originally in my plans. While working in my office job of over 20 years, a reflexologist visited monthly, and I quickly became intrigued by how foot touch can reveal health issues.

Years later, while searching for college courses for my daughter, I discovered reflexology and enrolled myself. Since then, I’ve completed the Ziggie Bergman Facial Reflexology Course (modules 1 and 2) and plan to finish Zone Face Lift (module 3) in August 2026.

I’m passionate about supporting wellbeing—after all, we each have just one body to care for.

As a mobile therapist serving Cardiff and nearby areas, I treat clients at home and offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules.
