Most cost overruns are designed in long before anyone reaches site. Clashes that surface in week forty were already present in the drawings at week four — nobody had a way to see them. Our answer is simple to state and demanding to do: every Prysm scheme is built twice. Once in data, then once in steel.

What the model holds

Before mobilisation, Prysm AI Solutions assembles a working digital twin of the scheme: the design model, the programme, the logistics plan and the ground data, connected rather than filed side by side. The twin is not a picture of the project. It is a rehearsal of it.

  • Clash and sequence checks — services, structure and temporary works tested against each other before procurement.
  • Programme simulation — the build order run forward to find the weeks where trades collide.
  • Logistics rehearsal — crane positions, delivery slots and site access proven in the model first.

The cheapest place to fix a problem is inside the model. The most expensive is forty metres up, in the rain, on a Friday.

What changes on site

Once work starts, the twin stops being a plan and becomes a mirror. Progress capture feeds back daily, so the model always shows the site as it is, not as the programme hoped it would be. Drift between the two is visible in days rather than valuations.

Clients see the same picture we do. Every live Prysm project now reports into a dashboard showing progress, safety observations and upcoming milestones — the end of the monthly surprise.
